Gobblin’
I co-developed "Gobblin" with a friend during the DrinkDev game jam, which had the theme 'Pundemonium', focusing on games with puns. As the designer, I conceived the idea of Gobblin', merging "goblin" and "gobbling" into a food-based game where two goblins with different diets catch falling food.
In the game, players control two goblins, Red (a carnivore) and Green (a vegetarian), who must eat their respective foods to score points. Players have three lives, losing one if a goblin consumes the wrong food. The difficulty increases gradually with the appearance of more food.
My role encompassed production, programming, and design. I established an organized workflow using Miro and Trello to delegate tasks and plan the design. I implemented food spawning, power-ups, and player movement, as well as laying the groundwork for scoring, health, and the user interface, which my teammates then refined.
